What’s Included

Video Analysis & Feedback

  • Submit game or training clips for detailed, verbal analysis.
  • Feedback includes insight on decision-making, positioning, movement, and technique.
  • Coach Les records screen-share video via Loom, walking through your footage in real time.
  • Players learn how to self-assess, read the game, and think like a pro

At-Home Technical Training Plans

  • Weekly solo training plans (30–45 minutes/session)
  • Focus on dribbling, juggling, first touch, ball striking, and ball manipulation.
  • Designed for limited space and minimal equipment
  • Delivered via Google Drive with clear instructions and video support

    Zoom Mentorship & Goal Check-Ins

    • Live check-ins with Coach Les (frequency based on tier)
    • 30-minute sessions focused on:
      • Goal setting and tracking
      • Confidence building
      • Tactical conversations and accountability
    • All calls are scheduled via Calendly and hosted on Zoom.

    Weekly Structure & Time Commitment

    The Virtual Development Hub is designed to enhance-not overwhelm your existing soccer routine.

    • Training Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week
    • Training Plan: 1-2 at-home sessions (30-45 minutes each)
    • Video Submissions: 1 clip per week (optional by tier)
    • Check-Ins: 30 minute Zoom call (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
    • IQ Module Viewing: 1 short video per week (3-8 minutes)

    Everything is organized and delivered through Google Drive, making it simple for players and parents to stay on track.

    This is an application-only program to ensure all players are a good fit and ready to commit.

    2. Review Within 72 Hours – You’ll receive an acceptance email with next steps.
    3. Begin Your Training – Set up your folder, schedule your check-in, and receive your first plan.

    Do sessions roll over?

    No, monthly perks reset to encourage consistency.

    Can I switch tiers?

    Yes – you can upgrade or downgrade at the end of each billing cycle with a 7-day notice. 

    Is this in-person or fully virtual?

    The core of the program is entirely virtual, but in-person group sessions are included for local players (based on tier).

    What do I need to participate?

     A soccer ball, a small training space, a smartphone to record video, and internet access.
